Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and comfortable serving alcohol
- Two or more years’ experience as a server or waitstaff in a luxury or fine dining environment
- Extensive knowledge of wine and food pairings
- Knowledge of Forbes standards preferred
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor avoiding casual language
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a server in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of wine, sommelier certification preferred
- Familiarity with Forbes standards is a plus
- Strong guest service skills
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Job Duties
