Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of culinary experience focusing on high volume production or culinary education degree for less experienced candidates
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights
  • Proficient in knife skills and culinary techniques
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest dining experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in the culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience for candidates with less than two years of experience
  • Proficient knife skills and strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
