Job Requirements

  • relevant management experience in restaurants or related hospitality ventures
  • ability to work under corporate direction
  • strong financial acumen concerning restaurant operations
  • leadership and teamwork aptitude
  • valid food handling certification
  • commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • willingness to lead and collaborate
  • passion for hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years management experience in similar restaurant or fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, cost of goods sold, portion control, and invoice monitoring
  • valid NYC Food Handlers Certificate
  • mature leadership and teamwork skills
  • ability to implement direction from corporate team
  • excellent people management skills
  • genuine passion for hospitality
  • punctual and reliable

Job Duties

  • create and manage systems to ensure high operation standards
  • oversee recruitment, training, development, performance management, employee relations, and benefits
  • ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • execute expense control and cash management systems to meet budgets
  • uphold brand standards and support marketing initiatives
  • protect and elevate the Two Hands brand through guest interactions and team leadership
  • manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations for both locations
