The role of Multi-State MedSpa Sales Manager is a senior-level leadership position designed for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets in demanding sectors such as spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality. This position is travel-intensive, requiring deployment to individual MedSpa locations for periods typically ranging from 60 to 90 days depending on the stabilization and performance improvement of each site. Candidates are expected to relocate temporarily during assignments covering key markets including Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
In this role, the Sales Manager leads daily sales operations at each assigned location, providing hands-on coaching to in-spa teams and front desk staff to elevate sales techniques and customer service delivery. They implement high-conversion strategies tailored to the particular needs and demographics of each spa location. Beyond direct sales efforts, the manager plays a vital role in supporting new spa openings, aligning teams with company goals, and building long-term client relationships that boost retention and referral rates. This position reports directly to senior leadership and carries significant responsibility for revenue growth, team morale, and consistent five-star client experiences.
The company offers a competitive compensation package starting with a $3,000 base salary during paid training, coupled with an uncapped commission structure and monthly bonuses post-training. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Multi-location or high-volume sales team management background
- Strong communication and professional presence
- Ability to travel for 60-90 day assignments
- Flexibility to adapt to travel and relocation demands
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of strong sales leadership experience, ideally in high-end services such as spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Background in multi-location or high-volume sales team management
- Strong client-facing communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Open and flexible availability for 60-90 day travel assignments
- MedSpa experience is a strong plus but not required if you have solid luxury or consultative sales background
Job Duties
