We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at two of our apartment communities. This is a full-time day shift position (40 hours per week), essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal that AMLI Residential is known for. The Custodian plays a critical role in ensuring that the common areas, amenities, and grounds remain spotless, welcoming, and inviting for our residents and guests. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on responsibilities, and values being part of a team that creates vibrant living spaces. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and trash removal while ensuring all janitorial supplies and equipment are properly handled and stored.
