The MRO Business Unit Manager / Director role at Ontic’s Miramar site offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join a dynamic organization committed to sustained growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive the profitable growth of the business unit. The role involves a comprehensive understanding of aerospace repair and manufacturing environments, coupled with strong business acumen, including expertise in income statement management, P&L budgeting, and long-term financial planning. This leader will create and implement strategic plans that support both revenue and profitability objectives, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives with a clear focus on operational excellence.

Candidates joining Ontic in this role will bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a deep knowledge of repair processes, procurement, quality standards, and cost management within the aviation industry. 10+ years of experience in a repair or manufacturing environment managing a team
