The MRO Business Unit Manager / Director role at Ontic’s Miramar site offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join a dynamic organization committed to sustained growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive the profitable growth of the business unit. The role involves a comprehensive understanding of aerospace repair and manufacturing environments, coupled with strong business acumen, including expertise in income statement management, P&L budgeting, and long-term financial planning. This leader will create and implement strategic plans that support both revenue and profitability objectives, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives with a clear focus on operational excellence.

Candidates joining Ontic in this role will bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a deep knowledge of repair processes, procurement, quality standards, and cost management within the aviation industry. They will leverage their operational experience to identify and exploit business opportunities while building solid relationships with key stakeholders. Job Duties
