The Executive Chef of Banquets at Vail Resorts holds a critical leadership role in Mountain Dining, overseeing all culinary operations related to banquets and special events. This year-round, full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $63,431.73 to $75,000 annually plus a potential bonus. The Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, innovative menu development, effective staff training, and strict adherence to food safety standards and budget constraints.
