Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to remain on property
Use personal smartphone and install company app
Stand or walk for 20+ minutes including stairs
Available for weekday shifts with minimum 2 consecutive days
Agree to accept assignments within 20 miles of home
Unable to hire active Texas licensed real estate professionals

Job Qualifications

No real estate experience necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personable and professional demeanor
Ability to stand or walk for 20+ minutes including climbing stairs unassisted
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

Greet guests and share community information
Register guests and document daily activities
Answer phones
Conduct tours of inventory homes
Show guests model home features
