We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team at the Strongsville location, either on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is integral to our mission of ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and care. You will interact closely with our guests, taking drink orders, preparing specialty cocktails, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. Your responsibilities also extend to adhering strictly to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable visit.

This position demands someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to responsible alcohol service and compliance with company policies is critical. You will be using POS systems to enter orders and process payments, which requires basic computer skills and accuracy. Aside from serving customers, you will contribute to operational tasks such as inventory management, stocking supplies, and completing sales reports.
