Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender
- Strong understanding of cocktail recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Foster a warm and inviting bar environment
- Verify the age of all guests ordering alcoholic beverages, focusing on those who appear to be 40 years old or younger
- Accurately prepare, garnish, and serve drinks promptly
- Engage guests by showcasing your flair and creativity while mixing drinks
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu and provide appropriate drink and food recommendations based on guest preferences
- Encourage guests to explore our food and drink specials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Efficiently process orders using the POS system while actively engaging with guests
- Adhere to brand standards consistently
- Develop a loyal clientele by promoting specials and creating positive experiences
- Practice responsible alcohol service and address situations with guests responsibly
- Complete annual revalidation as required
