Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or related experience
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Availability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- No supervisory experience required

- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Strong guest service orientation
- Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Create memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service
- Stay informed about new trends and local offerings
- Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar area
- Maintain the flawless operation and appearance of the bar
- Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate guest needs
- Follow company policies, protect assets, and ensure a safe work environment
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and bending as required
