The role of the Mixer at C.H. - high school diploma or GED a plus
- 1-2 years' experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience
- 1-2 years' experience following work task specifications, SOPs, recipes
- proficient in verbal and written communication
- proficient basic math skills and use of calculator

Job Duties
- perform tasks according to safety and food safety standards
- participate in safety training programs and contribute to safety initiatives
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA
- report equipment malfunctions and ensure preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance of LOTO procedures
- follow production schedule and complete efficient product changeovers
- promote teamwork at all levels
- maintain clean, safe, and organized work area
- comply with all SQF requirements and maintain workstations per SQF guidelines
- follow company rules, policies, and procedures
- prepare batches using appropriate recipes
- verify ingredient accuracy prior to mixing
- coordinate with machine operator to ensure correct dough consistency
- monitor quality, yield standards, temperature, pressure, and physical changes
- report deficiencies to department lead or supervisor
- maintain records and document mixing data
- use RF gun for ingredient consumption
- maintain communication with machine operator
- troubleshoot and resolve problems proactively
- verify equipment maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization
- keep mixing room organized and audit ready
