The Manager in Training (MIT) position at SNIPES is an entry-level management opportunity designed for individuals aspiring to lead at the store level. This full-time hourly role places the MIT in charge of managing store staff and operations during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The MIT will work closely with store leadership to drive sales and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
