Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
- valid state driver's license to operate government vehicles
- military service contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
- completion of Basic Military Training and Technical Training if no prior military experience
- ability to manage office and human resource functions effectively

- courses in business English composition computer software and keyboarding are desirable
- minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
- required military service contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
- valid state driver's license to operate government vehicles
- completion of Basic Military Training and Technical Training for candidates without prior military experience
Job Duties
- Manages office processes and activities to support organizational communications including correspondence preparation distribution suspense tracking and workflow management
- manages organizational personnel and manpower programs
- provides executive administrative support to General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians
- ensures efficient office management and communication flow
- maintains accurate records and files
- coordinates workflow and deadlines
- supports human resource functions related to staffing and manpower planning
