This part-time role is within the Back of House (BOH) team as a Team Member, primarily working in the kitchen as a cook or line cook. The key responsibilities include preparing fresh ingredients, cooking dishes to order using authentic cooking techniques such as stir-frying, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of every meal served. No prior experience with stir-frying is required as the company provides paid training to develop culinary skills. Team members help maintain the pace during busy periods, contributing to an efficient and smooth kitchen operation while fostering a positive and cooperative environment. The position requires managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and demonstrating responsibility and a proactive attitude.
