The role of Sales Manager TO at Hilton Grand Vacations is integral in driving the success of the organization's in-house sales operations. Serving as a motivator and mentor, the Sales Manager TO conducts daily morning meetings with Sales Managers and provides continuous training and communication to ensure clarity and adherence to sales policies. They also play a hands-on role by assisting Sales Executives during presentations and closing sales opportunities, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer engagement. Accuracy in contract management is a critical aspect of this role, with stringent oversight to ensure all contracts comply with company policies.
