Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- experience managing retail construction projects
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work onsite 3 days per week in New York City
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

- maintain compliance with safety and building regulations
- coordinate with contractors and vendors
