The role of Commissary Manager at Summit represents a critical leadership position within the correctional environment, specifically based in Santa Rosa, California. This full-time, onsite position requires managing the facility’s commissary operations in alignment with the contractual obligations and guidance from the District Manager. The Commissary Manager will oversee and direct daily sales processes, supervise inmate labor where applicable, manage inventory levels, and report financial results with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities include sourcing products strategically to manage the product mix while working diligently to reduce product costs. A successful Commissary Manager will cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with the correctional facility's staff, commissary partners, and the Food Service Director to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. Upholding company standards and embracing the organization's vision, mission, and goals are vital aspects of the role.

This position offers a competitive compensation rate of $30.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
