The Full-Time Merchandiser role at Dietz & Watson is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and brand representation within retail deli environments. As a Merchandiser, you will operate deli equipment safely, including deli slicers, and be responsible for the setup and rotation of deli cases to maintain product freshness and appeal. The role requires a solid understanding and execution of planograms and marketing displays, supported by Dietz & Watson's Point of Sale (POS) systems. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision are key attributes for success. Effective time management, completion of necessary reports such as store surveys, and consistent coverage across assigned stores form critical components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
