The Merchandiser role at Anheuser-Busch offers an excellent entry point into the company and a strong foundation for a successful career path. This role involves actively engaging consumers by ensuring that Anheuser-Busch product displays at retail locations are attractive, well-stocked, and organized. As a Merchandiser, you will be entrusted with representing globally recognized brands and playing a vital part in driving sales through effective market execution. This position pays $23.85 per hour and involves a shift schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The role not only includes routine merchandising tasks such as building and maintaining product displays but also involves using manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport products from storage to sales floors. The Merchandiser is responsible for managing stockrooms, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring that products are rotated properly, as well as handling the upkeep of point of sale (POS) materials in retail accounts. This position requires a balance of physical stamina, attention to detail, and customer service skills to ensure Anheuser-Busch’s products are showcased in the best possible way to meet consumer needs.
