Job Description
ArchWell Health is a pioneering healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of senior citizens. With a focus on delivering best-in-class medical care, ArchWell Health operates accessible neighborhood clinics designed to make seniors feel comfortable and part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. This healthcare organization prioritizes continuity of care by ensuring patients receive consistent, respectful, and personalized treatment from professionals who genuinely care about the seniors, their families, and the communities they serve. ArchWell Health is driven by the mission to bridge healthcare gaps and provide seniors with access to high-quality medical services regardless of their economic status.
The role of a Membership Consultant at ArchWell Health is critical in spreading the organization's mission and expanding its patient base within the communities it serves. Membership Consultants act as key ambassadors, engaging directly with seniors to educate, inspire, and facilitate their enrollment in ArchWell's medical centers. This position uniquely combines elements of traditional sales with community engagement, emphasizing the importance of building relationships and networks that advance healthcare outreach for seniors. Consultants work through a variety of channels including direct-to-consumer outreach, organizing community events, and building partnerships with local organizations and healthcare referral sources. This multifaceted approach ensures that ArchWell Health reaches seniors who can benefit most from their services, including those medically underserved and Medicare-eligible.
In this role, Membership Consultants must be proactive and visible members of their local communities, meeting seniors in diverse settings such as their homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and community events. Beyond sales skills, successful consultants must have strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to navigate healthcare-related conversations with empathy and clarity. Although prior experience in Medicare Advantage sales or senior care is advantageous, ArchWell Health remains open to candidates from various backgrounds who demonstrate outstanding sales talent and a passion for making a difference in senior healthcare.
Membership Consultants also collaborate closely with a range of community stakeholders including health plan agents, social workers, senior housing managers, and community-based organizations. By fostering these relationships, consultants help position ArchWell Health as the preferred provider for senior healthcare referrals. This collaborative effort is complemented by aligning with ArchWell Health’s Community Relations team to participate in local initiatives that effectively drive patient enrollment and community outreach.
Additional responsibilities include using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage patient information, and document interactions, as well as creating monthly activity calendars and targeted marketplace strategies. Consultants are also engaged in relationship-building beyond initial enrollment to support patient retention and resolve customer concerns. While travel is required, it remains minimal and typically confined to the local market, allowing consultants to maintain strong community connections.
This role offers the opportunity to join a respected and innovative healthcare provider committed to seniors, providing meaningful career growth within a supportive and inclusive environment. ArchWell Health values diversity and ensures equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants without discrimination. Joining ArchWell means becoming part of a mission-driven team dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through excellent healthcare and community engagement.
