The role of Membership Concierge I at Life Time is integral to the overall member experience, acting as the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the club. This position requires delivering exceptional customer service and fostering relationships that inspire member loyalty and engagement. The Membership Concierge I is responsible for welcoming guests warmly, answering inquiries, facilitating phone calls, and educating members about the club's programming, events, pricing, and policies. In this position, the Membership Concierge I will be working a minimum of 15 hours per week, providing a balanced schedule conducive to those seeking part-time employment. Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests

- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assists members with transactions and general account changes
