Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests and create extraordinary experiences
- Assist members with transactions and general account changes
