Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
  • Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests and create extraordinary experiences
  • Assist members with transactions and general account changes
