The Membership Concierge II role at Life Time is a dynamic position designed to provide top-notch service and engagement to members and guests. As a critical part of the customer experience team, the Membership Concierge II acts as the first point of contact for visitors entering the resort, setting the tone for personalized and exceptional hospitality service. This role requires an individual who is passionate about creating extraordinary experiences and building lasting relationships with members and guests through professional account maintenance and service delivery. In this role, the Membership Concierge II will maintain detailed knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to effectively educate and assist members. They will handle member account updates, process various transactions including program and product payments, and act as a key resource for new membership sales and member retention efforts. The position demands excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage service recovery when addressing member questions or concerns, utilizing the company’s tools and resources efficiently. Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Passion to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Receive inbound phone calls and conduct outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
