The Membership Concierge II role at Life Time is a vital position designed for professionals who excel in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and engaging directly with members and guests. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, embodying a hospitality mindset to create exceptional experiences that foster lasting relationships. The position requires multitasking skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. As a Membership Concierge II, you will receive inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to support both member engagement and acquisition, helping to educate members and guests about the club's diverse programming, events, pricing, and policies.

This role also involves assisting members with account maintenance, managing transactions related to services and products, and serving as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention. Effective problem-solving and service recovery are critical components, ensuring every member and guest issue is resolved promptly and professionally. Life Time supports your professional development by offering hospitality certification pathways and a customized succession plan tailored to your career ambitions. This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $18.75 and can go up to $22.25 per hour based on your experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
