The Membership Concierge II role at Life Time is a vital position focused on enhancing member experience through exceptional service, program knowledge, and proactive engagement. As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional representative responsible for account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and fostering meaningful member and guest relationships. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service, as it involves being the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $18.75 per hour and can go up to $22.25, depending on experience and qualifications. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact point for members and guests, delivering extraordinary hospitality experiences, handling inbound calls, conducting outbound member outreach, and assisting with account management tasks such as processing changes, transactions, and payments. The role also supports new membership sales and retention efforts, utilizing problem-solving skills and service recovery techniques to address member questions and concerns effectively. Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
  • passion to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
