The Membership Concierge I plays a pivotal role within Life Time by delivering exemplary customer service to all members and guests. As the essential first point of contact, this position ensures every visitor experiences a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. The Membership Concierge I contributes to building strong, value-based relationships, enhancing member loyalty and engagement, which in turn supports members in meeting their healthy way of life goals. This role offers a fun and health-focused work environment where the concierge serves as the face of the club, embodying a hospitality mindset that emphasizes extraordinary, personalized member experiences.

Responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls from members and guests, providing up-to-date information about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and assisting with transactions and account changes. The Membership Concierge I must be knowledgeable about all club offerings to guide and educate members effectively. This position requires multitasking capabilities, a passion for health and wellness, and strong communication skills. Employees in this role commit to working at least 15 hours per week, standing for extended periods, and completing concierge certification upon hire. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete concierge certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • commitment to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • passion for living a healthy way of life
  • ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • must have good verbal communication
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
