Job Requirements
- minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
- completion of concierge certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- hs graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- operate as first point of contact for members and guests
- receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- assist members with transactions and general account changes
