As a Membership Concierge I at Life Time, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for members and guests, embodying the company’s hospitality mindset and commitment to excellent customer service. This position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on building meaningful, value-based relationships that enhance member loyalty and satisfaction. You will assist members with various inquiries, transactions, and account adjustments while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies. This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and potentially increasing up to $15.75 based on experience and qualifications. Work schedules require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with shifts involving standing for extended periods. Training is provided, including the completion of a Concierge Certification upon hire.
