The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is a vital position that ensures all members and guests receive the highest quality of customer service. This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 per hour and can go up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications. - Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- assists members with transactions and general account changes
