The Membership Concierge II position at Life Time is an integral role within the hospitality team, serving as a professional responsible for enhancing member and guest engagement through superior account maintenance, service delivery, and personalized support. This role operates as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, providing an exceptional hospitality experience characterized by attentiveness and a client-focused approach. The Membership Concierge II is tasked with managing inbound and outbound communications to support member engagement and acquisition, educating members on club programming, events, policies, pricing, and services. Moreover, this role supports membership account maintenance by processing member transactions, assisting with program, service, and product payments, and acting as a key liaison in both new membership sales and member retention efforts.
Success in this position requires a hospitality mindset and strong problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring service recovery when necessary. Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- ability to multi-task
- ability to deliver high quality customer service
- experience with service recovery
- strong verbal communication skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- friendly and outgoing demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
- exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
- engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
