The role of Membership Concierge I at Life Time is essential in delivering a high-quality customer service experience to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, a Membership Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere where every individual feels appreciated and engaged. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fun, active, and healthy environment where building genuine relationships with members leads to increased loyalty and member satisfaction. The Membership Concierge acts as a liaison between the members and the club, providing accurate information on programs, events, pricing, and policies, helping members navigate their membership benefits, and assisting with account transactions.

This hourly position starts with a wage range from $13.25 to $15.75, dependent on experience and qualifications, and requires a minimum commitment of 15 working hours weekly. The role demands a passion for wellness, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, Life Time requires the Membership Concierge to complete a Concierge Certification post-hire, emphasizing the company's focus on professional development and delivering expert service. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests

  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assists members with transactions and general account changes
