The Membership Concierge II role at Life Time embodies the spirit of hospitality and service, serving as a crucial link between the club and its members and guests. This position is responsible for account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and engaging with members and guests to ensure they receive the highest level of service. Acting as the first point of contact when members and guests enter the resort, the concierge builds strong relationships through a hospitality mindset, aiming to create memorable experiences that exceed expectations. The position involves handling inbound and outbound communications to support member engagement and acquisition, educating members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and assisting with account management, including processing payments for programs and services.

Furthermore, the Membership Concierge II supports new membership sales and member retention efforts, addressing questions or concerns promptly through effective problem solving and service recovery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses excellent verbal communication skills. Life Time offers an hourly wage starting at $18.75 and up to $22.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being and professional growth. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
