Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or sales
- strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well in team settings and build effective relationships
- familiarity with sales goals and customer service standards
- proficiency with multiple computer systems and software
- willingness to work flexible shifts
- physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds
- ability to travel occasionally for meetings or conferences
- ability to work at one or more branch locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of work experience preferably in sales and customer service roles including hospitality, insurance, retail, service industry, call centers, or fast-paced office environments
- ability to focus on results and meet deliverables on time
- effective communication skills that can engage and inform audiences
- ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop quality relationships with peers and leaders
- experience working with sales and service standards and goals
- proficiency in customer service and problem resolution
- adaptability in communication and interpersonal skills
- basic technical proficiency with computer systems and applications
Job Duties
- Perform fundamental customer interactions that include member services and product sales
- be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services
- adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance including member experience, member services, concierge, DMV, auto travel, insurance services, and smart home security
- promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals
- understand and anticipate member needs and identify and recommend relevant solutions
- provide professional and friendly customer service demonstrating problem-solving resolution
- modify communication style to ensure high communication effectiveness
- increase value of membership with each interaction
- effectively use multiple computer systems and applications
- ensure process implementation and standard operating procedures are followed
- engage in daily activities to meet larger purpose and goals
