Job Description

Flexcar is a pioneering company in the automotive industry, completely reimagining the concept of car ownership by offering the world’s first month-to-month car ownership service. This innovative approach includes insurance and maintenance as part of the package, making Flexcar a flexible and hassle-free alternative to traditional car buying or leasing. Operating as a tech-enabled fleet company, Flexcar combines operational expertise with advanced technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the customer journey, ensuring affordability, convenience, and flexibility for its members. The company works with a vast network of the largest fleet companies in America and provides access to a unique variety of 209 vehicle models, catering to diverse customer needs and preferences.

Located onsite in Marietta, GA, the Member Concierge role at Flexcar is a pivotal position designed to deliver an exceptional customer experience for their members. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $22.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package available from day one of employment. The benefits emphasize health, wellness, retirement savings, and work-life balance, creating a supportive environment for career growth and personal development.

As a Member Concierge at Flexcar, you will be the face and voice of the company, responsible for providing outstanding support throughout the entire lifecycle of a member’s interaction with Flexcar. Your duties include assisting members via various communication channels such as phone, chat, and in-person interactions. You will guide members through the process of ordering, picking up, driving, and returning vehicles while troubleshooting any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. The role extends to ensuring that each vehicle is impeccably prepared and meets strict quality standards before delivery, requiring attention to detail and a sense of pride in vehicle readiness.

Flexcar fosters a team-oriented culture where collaboration is key, especially with cross-functional teams like customer care and security, to provide a seamless member experience. Moreover, the role offers the chance to become a product expert by continuously acquiring knowledge of Flexcar’s offerings, updates, and operational procedures, ensuring you can address member questions with confidence and clarity.

The job is dynamic and may require flexibility and adaptability since it operates in a small market setting where additional duties could be assigned as needed by management. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are passionate about customer service will find this role both rewarding and challenging.
