The Membership Concierge II position at Life Time offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face and key point of contact for members and guests at the resort. This role is integral in maintaining accounts, delivering exceptional service, providing insightful programming information, and engaging confidently with members and guests to foster long-lasting relationships. As a Membership Concierge II, your daily tasks will involve greeting guests with a hospitality-first mindset that ensures extraordinary experiences from the moment they enter. You will assist members in managing their accounts, handling program and service payments, answering questions about club policies and upcoming events, and supporting membership sales and retention efforts.

Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties

  • operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
  • exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests
  • receive inbound phone calls and conduct outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
  • maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
  • serve as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
  • engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns utilizing appropriate tools and resources
