The Membership Concierge I at Life Time plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the facility. This position is essential in delivering the highest quality customer service, creating welcoming and engaging interactions that build lasting relationships with members. The Membership Concierge I facilitates various transactions, assists with general account changes, and provides knowledgeable guidance regarding club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Individuals in this role must exemplify a hospitality mindset, contributing to extraordinary member experiences that foster loyalty and support members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, health-focused environment where you can engage with a diverse community of individuals committed to wellness. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
