Job Requirements

  • Fully remote role requiring approximately 40 percent domestic and international travel including some weekends
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • CMP certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate meetings incentive planning and client management experience
  • Experience sourcing vendors negotiating contracts and managing hospitality travel operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfort with event tech and project management tools such as Cvent Slack and Monday.com

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end project management of meetings and events including timelines logistics and on-site execution
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Support sourcing destination research program design and communications
  • Negotiate and manage vendors travel transportation venues and program specifications
  • Develop track reconcile and report budgets invoices and post-event outcomes
