- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in hospitality management event planning marketing or a related field
- Strong organization and time management skills

Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in hospitality management event planning marketing or a related field
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for design ensuring the quality and consistency of all event materials
- Proficient in microsoft office suite familiarity with event management software like cvent is a bonus
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a remote team
- A genuine passion for events and a strong desire to learn and grow within the meetings and event planning sphere
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings and events including selecting venues managing vendors and facilitating attendee registrations
- Help create and distribute event materials such as invitations agendas and promotional materials
- Support the production of virtual events including technology setup and troubleshooting as well as managing live streams
- Conduct research on potential venues suppliers and entertainment options providing the team with informed recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication throughout the planning phases
- Provide on-site assistance during events helping with setup attendee registration and logistical support
- Assist in post-event follow-up including gathering feedback compiling metrics and drafting reports for clients
