Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant meeting or event planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and industry-standard event management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage vendor contracts and budgets effectively
- Experience with on-site event management including staff supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and program sizes
- Willingness to work from Waltham office
- No required travel but willing to travel if desired
