Job Duties
- Manage all amenity spaces and tenant experience programming from contract booking to execution
- Coordinate and lead daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff
- Enforce CBRE RISE hospitality standards and maintain trusted client relationships
- Negotiate vendor contracts, develop cost-saving partnerships, and ensure proper insurance and documentation compliance
- Oversee third-party vendor programs including food delivery and event organization
- Drive amenity usage and retail activations, coordinate community events, signage, vendor contract processing, and communication notices
- Manage master calendar of property event programming and provide owner look-ahead planning reports
- Support mobile building app maintenance and align content strategies with client brand
- Collect and organize feedback for program performance and deliver monthly owner-approved reports
- Stock and manage supplies within amenity spaces and conference rooms
- Adhere to budget and review and approve related invoices
- Provide after-hours event oversight and assist with physical setup and takedown as needed
