Key responsibilities encompass managing all amenity spaces and tenant experience programming from contract booking through final execution, leading daily team activities, mentoring staff, and enforcing CBRE's RISE hospitality standards (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence). The planner is involved in negotiation and vendor management, balancing cost-saving efforts with quality delivery. They oversee third-party vendor programs, ensure invoicing is accurate, and take an active role in community and retail activations by organizing tenant events, signage, and communication. The role also involves strategic planning, including maintaining the master calendar of property events, coordinating with owners on long-term event scheduling, and supporting mobile app maintenance for tenant engagement. Data collection and reporting provide insights into program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement. Physical labor for event setup and after-hours event oversight might be required.
Educational qualifications typically include a bachelor’s degree, although equivalent experience and education combinations are considered.
