With a strong commitment to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction, CBRE offers a wide range of services including property management, facilities management, project management, investment management, and advisory services. The company operates in more than 100 countries worldwide, providing local expertise with a global reach. CBRE’s Workplace Experience teams play a pivotal role in creating outstanding environments where employees and clients feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
The Events Manager role at CBRE is a key leadership position within the Workplace Experience function, focused on orchestrating exceptional meetings, events, and conference services across multiple sites. This role involves managing a large and dynamic team to deliver white-glove hospitality with a concierge-forward approach, ensuring seamless and memorable event execution. As an Events Manager, you will be the driving force behind a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance, fostering a service-oriented mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction at every interaction.
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events including client-facing, employee-facing, and executive meetings. Your responsibilities include managing all logistical aspects such as catering, IT, AV coordination, facility arrangements, and security to guarantee flawless events. You will function as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on event goals and outcomes. Leadership and development of your team are essential, as you coach, mentor, and perform staff evaluations while spearheading recruitment and retention efforts.
Beyond event management, you will also handle operational elements such as budget preparation, purchase order approvals, and performance measurement through SLAs, KPIs, and benchmarks. You will innovate processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness, presenting insights to senior management and supporting regional initiatives and multi-site alignment. Adherence to all CBRE Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies is mandatory, with managerial responsibilities including promoting a safe workplace and supporting HSE training programs.
CBRE offers this position as a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The role also includes eligibility for discretionary bonuses aligned with company performance programs. Employees gain access to a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, life, and vision insurance, and generous paid time off. CBRE is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a respectful environment and providing accommodations during the hiring process. Joining CBRE as an Events Manager means becoming part of a respected global company where your leadership can shape exceptional workplace experiences and create lasting impressions for clients and employees alike.
