Job Duties
- Greet patients and create a friendly intake and checkout experience
- Maintain patient flow within the clinic
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Register patients and verify insurance information
- Handle billing processes and collect payments
- Learn and apply knowledge of insurance plans and medical terminology
