Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced medical office required
- Customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred
- Proficient with EMRs and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Greet patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism
- Confirm and update insurance and demographic details at each visit
- Schedule and coordinate provider appointments, adjusting as needed
- Assist patients who missed appointments to encourage treatment continuity
- Handle prior authorizations and explain patient financial responsibilities
- Distribute, verify, and scan forms, including handbooks and intake documents
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- set up payment plans when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized front office and uphold patient confidentiality
- Provide courteous, effective communication by phone and in person
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to a supportive work environment
