Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in healthcare support preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to process charts and related documents with concrete variables in standardized situations and apply problem solving techniques
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple projects
- ability to maintain confidentiality
