Job Description

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, a healthcare facility located at 500 E Calaveras Blvd Milpitas, CA 95035, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Patient Service Representative to join their team and provide exceptional service to patients during their therapy sessions.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
proven experience in a customer service role
healthcare setting preferred
proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation
