The position of Patient Coordinator at Grene Vision Group plays a vital role as the initial point of contact for patients, setting the tone for a positive and seamless visit experience. This full-time role involves not only greeting patients with warmth and professionalism but also managing a variety of administrative duties crucial to maintaining an efficient office flow. Hours operate Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility required for occasional schedule adjustments. The ideal Patient Coordinator will excel in customer service, communication, and organizational skills, ensuring that check-in and check-out processes are handled smoothly and that patient information is managed accurately. Key responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating patient schedules, collecting payments, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient with office technology and software
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter in person or via phone
- Display a professional attitude, greet patients promptly with a smile, and thank them when they leave
- Answer phones both external and internal
- assure prompt, courteous service at all times
- Practice urgency at all times with patients' time, as well as doctor's time and schedule
- Manage patient flow in the office
- Knowledge of common fees charged for common visits and collect correct payments
- Complete daily reconciliations, close day, countdown cash drawer
- Perform general office duties and cleaning assigned by manager
