We are currently seeking a friendly, positive, organized, motivated, and team-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position is based primarily in our Austin office, with occasional travel required to other locations including Buda, Dripping Springs, and Manor for coverage during staff training or PTO. The role involves working Monday through Friday with shifts that may start as early as 7:45 AM or end as late as 5:30 PM. The receptionist plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient interaction at the front desk. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments across multiple locations and providers, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, managing referrals and pre-certifications, and executing recalls. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail by accurately entering patient information, charges, and payments. Maintaining a clean and organized reception and waiting area, overseeing office supplies, and adapting to a fast-paced environment are essential aspects of the job. The role requires excellent communication skills, a fast learning ability, and a willingness to assist with additional duties as assigned. Strict adherence to COVID-19 precautions, including wearing personal protective equipment, undergoing temperature screenings, and following sanitization protocols, is mandatory to ensure the safety of staff and patients.

Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • one year of customer service experience preferred
  • ability to travel between locations as required
  • availability Monday to Friday including early morning or late afternoon shifts
