Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least one year of experience in food preparation or related field preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to exercise discretion and tact in a correctional setting
- Maintain eligibility and security clearance in correctional facilities
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least one year of experience in food preparation or a related field preferred
- Supervisory experience encouraged but not required
- Experience working with inmates is a plus
- Food safety certification required

Job Duties
- Ensure that food preparation and production align with company standards
