The role being offered is for a Master HVAC Technician with a TS/SCI clearance required, located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This full-time, regular position requires up to 10% local travel. The Master HVAC Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and ensuring the operational readiness of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within highly secure environments, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) supporting the U.S. Army’s Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

As a Master HVAC Technician at CACI, you will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of large commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will extend to critical environmental and energy support systems with highly sensitive computerized controls and air quality monitoring systems meant for secure military installations. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in fault isolation on sophisticated, computer-controlled environmental systems located in demanding operational settings.

The technician will respond to service calls, conduct preventive maintenance, develop detailed technical documentation, and collaborate closely with engineering and scientific personnel to design and modify environmental system components. Availability to respond to emergencies after hours is essential, as is the ability to deploy worldwide to support military contingency missions in potentially hazardous environments.

This position requires the physical capability to maneuver in confined spaces and handle lifting of up to 50 pounds. The Master HVAC Technician will provide critical technical knowledge to uphold security requirements and ensure high system availability rates in sensitive military intelligence operations.

The salary range offered for this position is competitive, from $49,200 to $100,900 annually, influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
