We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead and elevate our culinary operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on experience and includes a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. The Executive Chef will be the driving force behind our restaurant’s culinary excellence, tasked with providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and inspiration to the entire kitchen team. As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary activities in our high-volume, upscale restaurant. Your leadership will ensure every dish meets the highest standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation, reflecting the long-standing legacy and sterling reputation of Mason Street Grill. Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, recruiting and training the culinary team, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
In addition to operational management, you will spearhead menu innovation, seasonal updates, cost control, sanitation standards, and food procurement. The ideal candidate will bring an extensive knowledge of both classical and modern culinary techniques, strong management capabilities, and a passion for culinary excellence. You will also partner with engineering teams to ensure kitchen equipment performance and maintenance, and will lead food preparation for special events and VIP experiences.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years culinary management experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant or multioutlet operation
- ServSafe Certification required
- Proven leadership ability
- Extensive knowledge of hot and cold food preparation
- Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency with professional kitchen equipment
- Solid math and computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks
- Ability to work under varying environmental conditions
